3TouchPoints was founded in 2009 by Sushant Ajmani. Sushant has more than nine years of experience in the Retail and E-Commerce industry and core expertise in the areas of Web Analytics, Customer Segmentation, Online Marketing, Merchandising, Multivariate Analysis and Behavior Targeting. He has worked with some of the leading technologies and solutions in the industry, including UNICA Affinium, Responsys, Google Analytics, Web Optimizer, Omniture Business Optimization Suite, Endeca, Epiphany, Sagent and Coremetrics.
Sushant has provided analytics services to various brands and retailers in the industry, including CDW, Escalate Retail, Harrah's Entertainment, Ralph Lauren, Toys "R" Us, ACE Hardware, Zales, GEICO, Liberty Mutual, Burberry and Petsmart. Sushant holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and is a certified Pragmatic Marketing consultant.

Bringing over 15 years of experience in information technology including datawarehousing, data mining and application development, Anthony co-founded 3Touchpoints with Sushant and is currently playing a role of chief operating officer. His responsibilities include overseeing the operations and finances of 3TouchPoints, as well as contributing to the design and development of the 3TouchPoints core service offering.
Before 3TouchPoints, Anthony Garcia was a technical manager at Sagent. In this role, Anthony evangelized the power of analytics for several years through sales presentations, seminars, training, and consulting services.
Anthony has also served in technical lead, managerial, and e-commerce analytics consulting roles at a leading e-commerce outsourcing firm and several online marketing and retail clients. Over the past three years, Anthony has used the Drupal and Pentaho open source platforms to develop a college internship program. Through this program, he's taught international college interns web development and marketing of online communities.

Bringing over 5 years of experience in Finance industry with core expertise in the area of Market Research, Financial Planning, Procurement, General Accounting & Reporting, Account Receivables and Payables.
Pooja co-founded ConversionPath, an Indian Division of 3TouchPoints with Sushant Ajmani, and is currently playing the role of Research & Operations Manager. In her current role, Pooja is responsible for Market Research, Lead Generation, Business Strategy, Financial Management & Reporting.
Before joining ConversionPath, Pooja has worked as a Financial Analyst with some of the eminent brands in the industry including HSBC, XL India Insurance and Agilent Technologies.
Pooja holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University. Besides this, she has done her Diploma in Information Systems from National Institute of Information Technology and is currently pursuing her Management Studies in Accountancy and Finance from ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK).

Patrick has over 10 years of SEO and Paid Search experience with a strong background working with ecommerce clients. Patrick has planned, implemented, and managed SEO campaigns for such brands as Eastern Mountain Sports, Bally Total Fitness, ADT Security, and Aberkrombie & Kent.
In addition, in his experience Patrick has overseen total portfolios of $50 million in annual Paid Search spend for such exclusive clients as the Armani Exchange, NHL, Reebok, Rockport, The Sports Authority, NASCAR, CBS Sports, among others. Patrick leads a team of SEO and PPC professionals with strong backgrounds in campaign management, optimization, linkbuilding, and copywriting.
Beyond search, Patrick has extensive experience managing social media, email, and affiliate marketing for such clients as the NHL, The Sports Authority, CBS Sports, NASCAR, and Armani Exchange.

Bronson has over 10 years of design, SEO and Organic Search experience within the hyper-competitive travel and online gambling industries.
Bronson has not only spent time managing the on-site optimization of client websites, products and organic search campaigns but also recruited, educated, trained and supported in-house link building teams currently working for some of the world's most respected egaming operators including prestigious Carmen Media brands such as JackpotCity.com, RiverBelle.com, GamingClub.com and JackpotCityBingo.com.
More recently, Bronson has joined the Downtown Ecommerce team as Director of Organic Search to oversee the development of cutting-edge customer acquisition initiatives which include publishing, content syndication, social media and link building strategies.
